Plus, the warm cinnamon rolls were a delightful bonus that made mornings a little sweeter. The front desk clerk was a gem, making check-in smooth and quick.
But, whoa, the cleaning crew could use a wake-up call! The carpets and bathrooms had issues, and it felt like too much time was spent on phones rather than on guests. Signage for parking was a maze—definitely more effort needed there!

Good location but needs work
The room was decent but had a strange odor that was a bit off-putting. Plus, the breakfast setup was confusing. I ended up skipping it. On the upside, the fridge and microwave were lifesavers for late-night snacks! It's a nice spot right near lots of shopping, so that was a win. Just wish they focused more on cleanliness.

The cleanliness left much to be desired, with dirty floors and some troubling signs of mold. The breakfast was seriously underwhelming, lacking in variety and quality. items were either stale or in short supply, and the overall experience felt disorganized. Noise from the fire pit late at night disrupted sleep, and the bathroom facilities were cramped with insufficient towels.

the stay here was, frankly, a tragedy. my 'king room' had dirty floors and a weird smell wafting from the bathroom, how charming! the front desk even shrugged off my request for a complimentary coffee after 6:30 am. I nearly thought about giving them a good review, but alas, I just couldn’t, due to their horrible service.

The hotel had a fresh and clean appearance throughout my stay, which was a real plus. There were six hot items at breakfast, including warm cinnamon rolls that added a nice touch. I appreciated the spacious room that allowed us to keep our e-bike inside overnight, ensuring its safety. Other guests mentioned the impressive cleanliness and breakfast variety, and I found those to be true during my visit.
The check-in process could be improved due to limited staffing at the front desk.
